In the documentary 'Nieuw Noord,' native resident Wiebe Beckman tells the story of a district that is rapidly changing. There is a lot of construction and renovation, and the local pub is being replaced by a coffee place. This brings in many new residents, while the 'original residents' often struggle to keep up with the changes. In the documentary, both new and old residents share their perspectives on the development of the district.
